Data processed
When you submit a form, CityPro may process your name, contact details, property or project address or location, project situation, planned works, timing, indicative budget, access information, acquisition or renovation objectives and any information you provide voluntarily.
If you attach files, CityPro may also receive photos, drawings, PEB/EPC certificates, reports or other documents you submit. The form may record campaign parameters present in the URL, the landing page and the referring website in order to identify the commercial source of the request.
Purposes and legal basis
These data are used to analyse your request, check whether the project fits CityPro's services, contact you and prepare the pre-contractual steps you request. Legitimate interests may also apply to security, spam prevention, internal organisation and measuring the commercial source of requests.
Files submitted
Only send files that are useful for analysing your request and avoid sensitive data or personal information that is not necessary for the project. Attached files form part of the submitted project file and may be accessible to the people and service providers who need them to process the request.
Applications
When you use the Careers page, CityPro may process your trade, experience, area of residence or work, availability, working languages, CV and information you provide voluntarily. These data are used to assess your application and contact you when a real operational need matches your profile. Sending an application does not mean that a position is open and does not guarantee a reply or employment.
Technical providers and hosting
The CityPro website is hosted on Netlify. Website forms, including any attached files, are processed through the Netlify infrastructure used by CityPro. CityPro does not sell data submitted through its forms.
Retention
Data are retained for as long as necessary to process the request and follow up the project file. If a contractual relationship is concluded, relevant documents may be retained for the periods required by applicable contractual, accounting or legal obligations.
Your rights
Under the conditions of the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability when those rights apply. Contact: info@citypro.be. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
Source measurement and external links
Forms may record UTM parameters, the landing page and the referring website to measure the source of a request. External links are subject to the policies of those websites.
